НАБАВКА ПОЉОПРИВРЕДНИХ СПРАВА ЗА СРПСКО ПОЉОПРИВРЕДНО ДРУШТВО НА ОСНОВУ РАТНЕ ОДШТЕТЕ У ПРВОМ СВЕТСКОМ РАТУ
PROCUREMENT OF AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENTS FOR THE SERBIAN AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY BASED ON WORLD WAR I REPARATIONS

Summary/Abstract: The First World War inflicted enormous damage in manhood and material resources to all participants in the war. Serbia was one of the hardest hit countries. The losses were felt in all segments of society. Agriculture, as the leading economic sector, was hit both in terms of the loss of the working-age population and the destruction or disappearance of a significant part of the livestock, agricultural implements and tools. The war also affected the Serbian Agricultural Society seated in Belgrade. Under the judgment of the Second Higher Court for War Reparations, the Society received the reparations worth 1,000,000 dinars, of which a part was used for the procurement of agricultural material and implements in the first years following the war. The paper deals with these procurements.
