Summary/Abstract: This article aims to address access to a computer system from a dual perspective, both from a legislative point of view and from a tactical and forensic point of view. Being a specific procedure, used only in certain situations, access to a computer system proves its usefulness where other similar means cannot. In its creation, the article benefits from a multidisciplinary approach that offers its readers a unique perspective.
