Summary/Abstract: Following the pandemic caused by the SARS-VOC-2 virus, not only medicine and protection against infectious diseases evolved, but also strategies for simplifying the long process that discouraged adoption. The whole process, being blocked due to the pandemic, led to a decrease in adoptions in 2020. The main objective of the paper is to analyze the level of knowledge on the legislative and bureaucratic process of adoption. Following the applied study, noting that most respondents do not have much information about the adoption process.
