Study on the communication process of public institution-citizen

Summary/Abstract: This is a study on the communication process between citizens and public institutions. We conducted this study due to the existence of a discord at the communicative level between citizens and public administration, both centrally and locally. In this study, the communication process between the two entities was carefully observed, researched, and analyzed, aiming to identify and highlight the needs of citizens and civil servants for better social regulation. Over a decade, the relationship between public authorities and citizens has become increasingly weak, the public interest becoming a term forgotten by people, so we chose to discuss the phenomenon of communication between these entities.
