Summary/Abstract: Ádám Pálóczi Horváth was an important figure and polyhistor of the Hungarian Enlightenment. His literary career was diverse: he wrote poetry, Epic poetry, dialogues, philosophical essays, and novels. He was an organizer of the Hungarian Freemasonry and was first to publish a psychological book in Hungarian language. In the first part of my paper, I review the secondary literature about Horváth, followingly I briefly present Horváth’s multifaceted genres manuscript (Holmi IV). Horvath’s collection book – of which three parts were published in his life, and the fourth remained in manuscript – was titled: Holmi [Something]. The fourth piece of Holmi is a manuscript and it can be found in the Lyceum of Csurgó among the books of István Sárközy.
