Summary/Abstract: Analyzing the available data and scientific research, as well as the characteristics of societies it is proved that each society has its own, unique features of the formation of values, even in the context of sustainable development. It is emphasized that values are the main regulator of individual / collective behavior of people. They reflect the attitude of a person / group to certain objects or phenomena.
