Summary/Abstract: Man as a thinking and spiritual being always wants something more, deeper, higher, and thanks to this he got to know the world, invented inventions, developed himself in an individual, social and cultural dimension. At the same time, some powerful acceleration, which is a natural consequence of this invention, caused that more and more often this “deeper” turns into some strange “shallower”. Many people sound the alarm that the superficiality of thinking, relationships and ultimately life degrades man as a man, as a person, as someone seeking meaning and depth of life. That is why there is a growing need to strengthen and deepen real interpersonal relations and at the same time education that will help a person to be more, not just to have. Universalistic personalism, where man is particularly strongly promoted as a person, someone special and at the same time a community of people, can be a great lifebuoy for endangered humanity, so that the person – person regains its depth and splendor.
