Summary/Abstract: The Maritime and Colonial League published several magazines. One of them was the “Bulletin”, the object of which was to spread maritime propaganda. It is one of the forgotten magazines of the interwar period. The issue of the “Bulletin” presented in this article is a relic found in the State Archives in Ivano-Frankivsk (Ukraine), and it is completely unknown to the Polish reader. The content and opinions contained therein constitute an interesting starting point for the analysis of maritime Poland just before the outbreak of World War II.
