Summary/Abstract: The article treats about the evolution of ethnopolitical management structures in the Eastern European countries. The author points out the main subjects of ethnopolitics management in the studied countries and shows the dynamics of their creation. She also considers the key competences and the role of ethnopolitics management entities in the subregion countries. The role of the subjects of ethnopolitical management (especially those of state character) in the subregion acquires exceptional importance and closely influences the escalation/deescalation of ethnic tensions both of local and national character, consequently affecting the countries of Eastern Europe as well as the whole post-Soviet area. The author concludes that effective design and implementation of ethnopolitics requires that individual entities managing ethnopolitics cooperate in public actions based on a solid partnership.
