Trust and the Effectiveness of the New Technology Adaptation Process

Summary/Abstract: The new information technologies and their optimal implementation, as well as the willingness of employees to submit to their influence, constitute a fundamental role in the functioning of a modern organizations. The article is an attempt to synthesize the results of literature analysis and a secondary data analysis, to identify determinants of technology trust that may determine the success of adapting new technologies in the organization. The result of the analysis is an indication of the role of trust determinants in the process of implementing new technologies in the organization. The article also indicates the role of the correct implementation an efficiency of using new technologies as an element increasing the acceptance and a trust of employees as to their usefulness and benefits in terms of work efficiency.
