Summary/Abstract: The use of new technologies in “Romanian literature” classes allow the presentation of these lessons in an attractive multimedia format that facilitates the acquisition of knowledge, puts the pupil in various situations, transposes it in time and space through literary and non- literary texts, creating optimal conditions to express their opinions, their own ideas in a smooth, coherent, creative and arguable way. This paper describes some content of the school curriculum for the discipline “Romanian language and literature”, namely for the “Romanian literature”: the examination of the verbal text and the image; expressive reading, memorizing and reciting texts; approach of the lyrical text; approach of the functional text, objectives of which can be achieved by using internet resources (YouTube, Wikipedia, GoogleDocs, LearningApps) as well as some applications such as: PowerPoint, Paint or Microsoft Word, HotPotatoes.
