Summary/Abstract: This article emphasises on the behavior and feelings linked to the satisfaction of working in a monopoly company. The subject of considerations was, first of all, how they arose on the basis of relations between employees and employee-manager. Results of the research on the workers of company X concerning their satisfaction were presented in reference to the broadly recognised atmosphere, relations, and culture at the workplace. After working out the results, it was stated that principle of positive receivement, and what comes after it the satisfaction of workers, is good relations with a manager, which is based on mutual respect, support and understanding.
