Sourcing Strategy: The Case of X Company

Summary/Abstract: The objective of this article is demonstration of what is strategy for the company and what sort of role it fulfills. In this case, an example of a procurement strategy was developed on the basis of the Kraljic Matrix for X company. This publication shows the problems, and difficulties that X company may encounter in the procurement process and presents ways and methods that can contribute to the improvement of the procurement process.
