Summary/Abstract: The article presents an audit of the logistics process in the production company Stora Enso S.A. operating globally in the bioeconomy sector, being a leading provider of solutions made of renewable materials. The organization chart, type of production, main products, logistic system diagram, detailed description of the selected process, area and the course of the audit and conclusions from its implementation were presented. A logistic audit conducted in a company is an analysis of logistics processes and their evaluation in the context of efficiency, effectiveness of technologies and logistics solutions, as well as determination of critical points.
