Summary/Abstract: The above article presents the description of the quality management system in Nestlé, the Swiss company. The description concerns the company itself, its logistics and the quality management system. The Nestlé company’s valid system is ISO 9001. It is used in case to show the ability to constant deliver of goods according to customer’s requirements. Next, the article presents the traditional tool to manage the quality, so-called the Ishikawa, which is used to define the examples of problems connected with the product’s quality. For the Nestlé, security and quality are the highest priority. The company makes sure their products are designed from the beginning according to the certain standards. In its history Nestlé has gained many certificates confirming its quality standards.
