Summary/Abstract: The work contains theoretical and practical aspects relating to Kaufland quality management. Logistic subsystems are described, ranging from production to transport, from storage to the recipient. The work is focused on Kaufland as it is one of the leading companies in the European retail market. At this paper we delved into the search for information on quality documentation, quality certificates and company awards. We used the information available on the Internet about the company, and we acquired theoretical knowledge thanks to lessons, articles and books.
