Summary/Abstract: Nowadays Our’ān translation studies constitute one of the primary means of relationship with the Qur'ān for Muslims living both in Turkey and in different geographies. Especially people who do not have the opportunity to read and understand the Qur’ān in its original language try to understand what God means through the translations. In this context, there are more than a hundred Our’ān translations in Turkey. On the other hand, it seems that many of these translations have translation mistakes and deficiencies. For this reason, it is extremely important to transfer the message to the reader accurately and clearly in terms of the possibilities of the target language by considering the linguistic-historical context and internal-verbal integrity of the Qur’ān. Therefore, in this research, considering the integrity of the Qur’ān and the context of the verses it will be tried to contribute to the improving of the translation of ʿumūm-khuṣūṣ (general-particular) and muṭlaq-muqayyad (absolute-conditional) expressions in the Qur’ān Translation prepared by the Presidency of Religious Affairs of Turkey. Accordingly the methodological information will be given theoretically for ̒umūm-khuṣūṣ and muṭlaq-muqayyad expressions, and then evaluations will be made on the sample verse translations of such expressions in the Qur’ān Translation.
