Implementation of the Process Approach in Public Universities on the Example of the Medical University of Lodz

Summary/Abstract: The modern realities of conducting educational activities guarantee success only to those universities that have developed the ability to quickly and flexibly respond to the requirements and needs of stakeholders. The management of the university must quickly acquire the skills to use new techniques and management systems and adapt them to the needs of the organization in such a way that the implemented processes are more effective. A good solution ensuring success in this area is the implementation of a process approach. The article presents the essence of the process approach in public universities and the model applied in this area by the Medical University of Lodz.
