Summary/Abstract: Personal dignity is a given value. It determines the value of a human being as a person. Personal dignity is a task for people. It is an obtained value which can be lost. It is based on morally valuable activities. Personal and personality dignity are integrated with rationality—wisdom, freedom, responsibility—important qualities of a person. This integration generates specific educational goals and tasks for the school. Their implementation ensures integral development and integral education.
