Summary/Abstract: As the current international context has forced a faster integration of technology into teaching in general, a hands-on assessment, based on the tutors’ experiences, of the benefits and shortcomings brought about by remote (online) learning tools in FLT is already feasible at this point. Based on the said premise, but with a narrower scope in view, the article focuses on the potential advantages of teaching ESP to Romanian air cadets via Microsoft Teams. The primary point of interest is to overview the situations (teaching/learning activities and skill-specific tasks) in which using the above-mentioned (business) communication platform may represent an asset in everyday teaching.
