Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the possibilities for designing pulse transformers with high reliability. For this purpose, possibilities for optimizing the shape and material of the magnetic circuit of these transformers are proposed. A way of choosing a suitable type and diameter of the windings of the coils, as well as the number of windings in the coils is analyzed. The results of the testing of pulse transformers designed according to the presented methodology are presented, analyzed and evaluated.
