Summary/Abstract: The effective development and successfulness of one organization depends on its adequate evaluations and selfevaluation in its multiple functions. One of the most important criteria determining the development of the organizational structure is human resource evaluations and its self-evaluation. In that context especially the diagnose of the self – evaluation (in our research it means core- evaluation) of that sector of the organizations is actual in the frame of contemporary tendencies of the leadership and in the management’s theory and practice.
