Summary/Abstract: This study examines some of the limitations of the right to dispose of inheritance, more precisely, stopping legal acts on an unopened inheritance. We have presented the notion and regulation of the acts on unopened inheritance, the conditions to be in the presence of a prohibited legal act on unopened inheritance, as well as the sanction applicable to such acts.
