Summary/Abstract: The issue of artificial intelligence is of interest in all areas of social life, and obviously, as legal practitioners, we cannot ignore its possible future interference with justice. Given the rapid evolution of this type of technology, the many benefits it could bring to many aspects of social life must be taken into account. The Romanian magistrate cannot be left out of the current debate in society on how a whole series of activities could be simplified or fully implemented by such applications, including from the perspective of some of the repetitive aspects of the activity in courts or prosecutor's offices.
