Summary/Abstract: Spiral fractures do not belong to diagnosis that are part of every day practice for physiotherapists. The aim of this study is to show the importance of early rehabilitation with this patients. In this case study we described the rehabilitation process of patient with complicated tibial and fibular fracture, in duration 0-10 weeks after the injury. For objective results we used the Rtg images of the healing process. The patient rehabilitation included manual therapy, analytical exercises and hydrokinesiotherapy. First changes were visible after ten weeks. Callus of the fibula, gradual healing of the tibia in the right position, without complications.
