For yerophania in the Shumen region (Based on the example with Muslim Tombs near Izbul village)

Summary/Abstract: The article is a result of a several years of investigations of the sacred places round the village of Izbul, Shumen region. They are objects of utraquism, which have not been thoroughly investigated yet. During the Middle Ages there was a church here – „St. Vlas”, and later a cult place of the heterodoxic Islam, making the place on utraquistic one. The sacred places becomes permanent in time, and is called yerophania (concentration of sacred power) by M. Eliade.
