Summary/Abstract: This article highlights some paradigm shifts in the medical liability can be changed in relation to Covid-19. In particular, the Italian legal system is analyzed, some comparative references are made with respect to the Spanish legal system. Limits are detected in relation to some factors such as the role of the State, Insurance and the new regulations that have been enacted during this period.
