Summary/Abstract: The work is dedicated to analyzing the impact of the emergency regulations derived from COVID-19 issued in Argentina in relation to the rental contract. It begins by making a general framing of the emergency from the perspective of the legal system, especially with regard to Private Law, and the General Theory of Contract. Then the different decrees and resolutions issued on the locations are addressed, and the current situation derived from the conclusion of the exception regime is analyzed, explaining the current mechanisms for the protection of vulnerabilities, in connection with the recent Rent Law.
