Green Street Hooligans and punishing of the illegal activities of visitors of sporting events in the Slovak Republic

Summary/Abstract: The object of this contribution is a brief legislation analysis of illegal activities of visitors sporting events in Slovakia. Recently, in connection with the taking place of social events (especially sports) occurs, in still greater bulk, the happenings that lead to physical harm to others or damage to property, or which are likely to disturb public order. Aim of this article is to summarize basic knowledge regards to this issues, succinctly dismantle international legislation and also highlight the positive and negative aspects in current regulation in Slovak law system according to this matter.
