Summary/Abstract: The serious pandemic derived from the expansion of COVID-19 has provoked, in all legal fields, the need to face extraordinary situations with exceptional measures. This has also occurred in Company Law, where the system of operation of its bodies has been subject to various modifications in terms of deadlines, requirements, modalities of adoption of agreements etc., in order to facilitate its telematic operation. The reform process has culminated in the regulation, now as an ordinary modality, of the fully telematic meeting in capital companies. Other corporate aspects, such as the exercise of the shareholders' right of separation, the dissolution of the company, the process of drawing up the annual accounts and the application of the profit for the year, have also been significantly affected.
