On the Greek-Catholic Schematism in Oradea. Unknown edition, 1826

Summary/Abstract: Investigations, undertaken in libraries abroad, during the last decades, helped the researchers find books (unknown to The Early Romanian Writings or to the subsequent completions), clear up certain aspects referring to titles of books encountered only in the bibliography, but also draw up some articles and catalogues. It was the internet that much facilitated the researchers’ work by enabling them to access library collections abroad. In this context, they have discovered the Schematism of the Greek-Catholic bishopric of Oradea, as well as the Calendar on 1826. The present article is meant to analyze this periodical publication placing it within the present-day historiography, by revealing its content.
