Summary/Abstract: Non-territorial minority autonomy/self-governance is one of the models for the protection of national minorities. Non-territorial minority autonomy is guaranteed in Estonia by constitutional provisions and it is defined as one of the minority rights. In this sense, the paper analyzes the legal nature and the scope of such an autonomy in the legal order of Estonia.
