Summary/Abstract: It is impossible to understand organizations operating in the security field and manage them without considering cooperation. Today's efficiency means taking advantage of opportunities in the environment and eliminating threats. The feature is connected to implementing classic management functions through various types of dependencies, with particular emphasis on the coordination of activities to achieve a common goal making a managerial role necessary. In uniformed entities, the leadership role is more complicated than in the private sector. The paper evaluates whether it is possible to talk about a cooperative style and whether it is gender-dependent. The development of this problem is the subject of this text.
