Summary/Abstract: In this article we describe the work of the University Interfaculty Interdisciplinary Scientific Circle “History of the Red Cross of Izmail”, which carries out its activities in foreign languages. We are talking about the systematization of materials kindly provided by the Honorary President of the Circle, the Head of the Izmail Red Cross Organization – Ms. Halyna Semenivna Dimova (Choutko), on the activities of Red Cross organizations in southern Ukraine, in the city of Izmail, Odessa region.
