Summary/Abstract: After the development of several sectors of human activity, it is the turn of the judiciary to experience a digital revolution, which should put an end to many of the problems of traditional justice. At the same time, these technologies, which give machines tremendous power, can be worrisome. How can we ensure that technology remains an aid in the service of man, respecting the powers of the judge, of trusted third parties (lawyers, notaries, bailiffs) and the interests of litigants? What will be the role of the State in the accountability and verification of algorithmic code designers? During several studies, we aim to shed light on the issue, making it possible to deepen some reflections already initiated by law professionals in Romania and abroad.
