Summary/Abstract: The implementation of the new Criminal Code caused a true work of revising the incriminations norms under special laws. Regarding cybercrime offences, through the implementation of the new Criminal Code, the legislator made some changes of legal provisions. The author highlights these changes, and presents some point of views for easier understanding of controversial issues.
