LATEST DEVELOPMENTS WITH REGARDS TO PROCEDURAL CONTESTS RELATED TO COURT COMPOSITION AND RESPONSE ON SUIT

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this scientific research paper is to review the provisions of the Law on contested procedure, regarding innovations in the composition of the court and responding to lawsuits in terms of case law. We aim to analyze the innovations contained in the Law on contested procedure in relation to property-legal relations, focusing especially on the legal gaps and shortcomings that appear here and there during the practical implementation of legal provisions and present difficulties in the work of judges and of other lawyers who deal professionally with the implementation of this law. We hope that this scientific research paper will help lawyers, scholars and law students to create a clearer and more accurate vision of the concepts and legal institutions regulated by this law, as well as to expand knowledge during implementation in the life of daily legal practice, the more so than a study of this kind has been lacking so far in our legal literature.
