Summary/Abstract: The role of the criminal justice system in the fight against terrorism is challenging. Internal security, and hence the fight against violent, is every country's major responsibility. In the context of the criminal justice system, gender is extremly important for understanding the freedom of action in terrorism. Woman and men do not commit terrorist acts differently based on their species.
