Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to present one of the Hermetic excerpts that are located on pages 79v-82r of the manuscript called Codex Clarkianus gr. 11 (XIII/XIV ce), housed in the Bodleian Library at Oxford. The Hermetic fragment no. 3 (=HO III), on page 81v, deals with law and justice, or more precisely ‒ law without justice.
