Summary/Abstract: Chapters 3 and 6 from M. Scheler’s lecture delivered in 1927 in Darmstadt and later published in German in abbreviated form as Die Stellung des Menschen im Kosmos have been translated into Latvian by the well-known Latvian philosopher Igors Šuvajevs.
