Romanian studies at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia

Summary/Abstract: This article presents the history of the Romanian studies at the University of Ljubljana, Republic of Slovenia. The lectureship of Romanian language and civilization has existed for over 20 years and recently entered in the educational offer of the Department of Romance languages of the Faculty of Philosophy as an optional course in the frame of the Bologna process. There are presented the main achievements of the lecturers who have thought the Romanian language in Ljubljana, as well as the projects that are in progress.
