Summary/Abstract: This analysis, without claiming to be exhaustive, focuses on some contradictions between the national criminal-procedural status of the indicted and suspected person under Bulgarian law, and rights protection standards of European Union (EU) law and the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (CPHRFF), which address the same issues.
