Summary/Abstract: This article is intended to be, as the title states, a summary information on the new Common Agricultural Policy, which will be fully applicable starting with the year 2023. The aim is to highlight only some of the significant aspects of this important EU policy, with implications for all Member States, as a more detailed analysis of the subject cannot be contained in a single article, considering that the documents relating to this policy are extensive and can be studied by anyone interested on the Internet addresses provided in the bibliography.
