Summary/Abstract: We have noticed that an increasing number of university graduates find it difficult to obtain a job in a company where they feel they belong. Most graduates only sign their first employment contract to soon start searching for a new work opportunity. Changing multiple jobs over a short period of time puts the young graduates in a bad light and is also a waste of their time, when time is in fact the most valuable resource. We acknowledge the fact that the organizational culture and, as part of it, communication at the workplace play an important role in workforce fulfilment and stability on a position. The present article helps job seekers recognise the right opportunity for them before signing the employment contract and make the most of it afterwards.
