Summary/Abstract: The article reflects the views of Professor Farhad Zeynalov on the grammatical structure of the Turkic languages. According to the scientist, the definition of parts of speech plays a basic role in the study of the grammatical structure of the Turkic languages. It is noted that Turkologists before and after F. Zeynalov either shortened some parts of speech or added new "parts of speech". Professor Farhad Zeynalov's "Comparative Grammar of the Turkic Languages" and "Traditional Distribution of Parts of Speech in the Turkish Languages" provide detailed information about the envelope, as well as examples of its features in different Turkic languages. It has been shown that Professor Farhad Zeynalov was the one who brought the history of the envelope, the types of meanings of the envelope, the ways and means of envelope formation, including the place, as well as a new topic called "degrees of envelopes" to Turkology. Farhad Zeynalov, while conducting research on the classification of envelopes, notes that the ranking of envelopes is not as broad as the classification of faces. It is noted here that envelopes are weaker than adjectives, but express the degree of the sign and the sign of the action, and that this process is mainly syntactic (and partly morphological).
