Summary/Abstract: While the processes changed by the developing technologies in the modern business world continue to provide significant added value, the financial sector and banking have been the sectors that benefited the least from these developments. The reason for this situation is that the systems and processes of the financial sector and banking may change more drastically due to the privacy policy. Regulations are needed to allow banks' privacy policies to work with artificial intelligence technologies. Blockchain technology, which is used in finance, health and many other sectors, provides a very fast method of accessing customer information, while protecting privacy policies. For example, the central bank of Azerbaijan aims to innovate in the finance and banking sector by transitioning to blockchain technology in 2020. It is inevitable to make regulations in order to benefit from innovative developments in the finance and banking sector, and it is the main research subject to determine what kind of regulation should be made in which areas. In the article, the regulations that will enable the use of artificial intelligence for the financial sector have been researched.
