Summary/Abstract: Mind mapping is the well-known approach for visualization the complex topics in education. We recommend the synthesis of active and passive ways for mind maps using in education practice. For automatic pre-evaluation the quality of students' mind maps we offer some limitations for the set of mind map nodes. Students will select only terms from the prebuild thesaurus about the subject domain area. The value of quality will calculate on the base of the measurement of the distance between the original teacher's and student's mind maps. There are two kinds of mind map models for comparison: the graph of nodes or the array of weighted terms. We may create a server-side application as an addon to the Learning Management System.
