Summary/Abstract: This study analyses the image of Bohumila Grögerová and Josef Hiršal’s long-term practice of working on texts together through the use of the concept “scenes of writing” (Schreibszenen) employed by Rüdiger Campe and the research group The Genealogy of Writing (Genealogie des Schreibens), according to which the physical, media and instrumental dimensions of writing leave traces on the semantic and topical levels of literary texts. The author proposes to modify this hypothesis further with a view to the presence of more than one writing subject in the text and also to include other forms of textual work – and so alongside “scenes of writing”, we have “scenes of reading” and “scenes of translating”.
