Summary/Abstract: The genocide in Srebrenica stands out as a unique crime committed during the wars in former Yugoslavia, above all because it is the only one international legal bodies have defined as genocide but also because it is the final culmination of all operations undertaken against the population of Bosnia and Herzegovina from April 1992 onwards. This paper examines the perceptions of survivors and victims of genocide on justice in particular in the moment when the revision of established facts has gained momentum in recent years.
