Digital single market in the European Union: legal framework, nature and perspectives

Summary/Abstract: The article aims to raise the topic of hearing children involved in legal proceedings through the eyes of various international studies and practices, addressing the topics of the status of the child, the specific objectives and the methodology of its conduct. Based on this analysis and analysis of long-standing practice of interrogation and hearing of children in the so-called blue rooms offers a framework of hearing methodology that could support court decisions in the best and best interests of the child, as well as protect the child from secondary victimization and from deepening the consequences of traumatic events, the reason for the hearing.
